What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Pastry Chef that prepares and creates company products from start to finish. The pastry chef must know and follow established recipes to achieve brand consistency and quality standards set by the company. This includes maintaining a sanitary work area during and after work processes are fulfilled, following safety requirements, measuring, mixing, pouring or shaping pastries, observing proper cook temperatures and times, and applying proper toppings, glaze or packaging to finished product. This position requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work quickly and well under pressure. This position is part of the Back of House team, reports directly to the Head Pastry Chef and indirectly to the general manager of the store.

MEMBER ANNOUNCEMENTS!!!
TONIGHT!!!
IT’S NOT TOO LATE TO DONATE!

Belton High School SADD is doing a fundraiser in December to spread “Cheer and Chips!”
Inspired by the holiday season, students will write encouraging messages to be attached to a bag of Sun Chips and delivered to the recipient during advisory and/or lunch.
The idea is to share a delicious (and healthy whole-grain) snack and spread cheer throughout the BHS Community!
SADD needs your help to make this happen!
Would you be willing to donate a bulk package of Sun Chips for our cause?
You can arrange to get your monetary or chip donations (they are $12 at Sam’s Club) to Mrs. Wilson at Belton High School.
We are going to charge students $1 per message/chip combo, and the funds we raise will be used to support After Prom and other SADD events.
Thank you so much for reading, and feel free to send Kelly Wilson (kwilson@bsd124.org) any questions you may have!
